Do you provide PS1 documentation for building consent?
Yes. We prepare detailed structural and civil drawings, calculations and Producer Statements (PS1) so your building consent application is complete and consent-ready.

Do I need a structural engineer for a deck or retaining wall?
Often, yes — higher decks, cantilevered structures and retaining walls above certain heights require engineering design and council consent. If you are unsure, give us a call and we will let you know what is needed.
